small room disorganized breakfast
i found the room smaller than expected, its size did not quite match what i had envisioned. the bathroom lacked a bidet, something i consider essential for a hotel in this category. also, the breakfast service felt a bit disorganized, staff did not promptly replenish the buffet items. i saw several empty trays, this happened more than once.
